Why I Started Over

It Wasn't Easy

I started creating and selling merchandise in 2019. I was putting out a lot of designs and beginning to make traction in the right direction. However, in mid 2020 the Lord told me to shut it down get rid of most of my designs and start over.

He told me, "obedience and quality over quantity and rushing. Life Petals is an Ambassador to His Kingdom. Everything must be to His approval."

It was a hard pill to swallow because of the time, money spent and the backlash I recieved from folks around me who didn't understand or agree. Yet, I obeyed.

God knows how He wants to be represented and how I need to do it....to obey is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams. 1 Samuel 15:22-23.

He tells me often, "Feed His sheep. Don't chase money. Chase His kingdom and righteousness, and everything I need will be given." Yes, this is a business but it must be remembered that this is first a ministry. Everything I do is to be done for His glory and for His people.

So here we are in 2022 and God has shared many visions, ideas and goals with me because of my obedience. Nope it hasn't been easy but I can truly say great things are on their way. Some of your favorites will return, also new designs and products are in the works: Tees, Hoodies, Books, Journals and More!!

God's will, God's way, God's timing in everything we do. Amen!
